Ruling on following timetables for prayer

People here follow prayer timetables. But I’ve noticed that it’s still so dark at the time which is supposed to be fajr as I am now living in the countryside without street lights so it is more clear. The issue is I am not familiar with telling the prayer time by looking at the sky. I know the prayer is not accepted before its time. What should I do?

Zaynab El-Kateb:

The Scholars say that you can follow prayer time table issued by the Islamic Center in your city (if the Islamic Center is trusted). You pray when time on the timetable enters. If you think the fajr time did not enter yet then you need to wait for 20 minutes then pray.
