Womb discharge doesn’t break wudu

Home / Q&A / Womb discharge doesn’t break wudu

Question:

“Tuhr” is also translated/considered as discharge, right? This is the transparent white/sometimes thick odorless discharge from a woman which for some discharges regularly with/without being on menses. If you are in wudu but you feel the moistness on your panty shield and you know that’s what it is, so you check yourself (without touching any part of the private area) and you can see that this is the discharge, does this nullify your wudhu?

Zaynab El-Kateb:

No the Tuhr sign is different from the discharge of the womb. The womb discharge does not break the wudu. you can pray.
