Can I remove my Niqab in Spain?

Question:

I live in Spain and I wear the veil and jilbab but I’m having problems with my neighbours; They want to attack me physically but Allah protected me, all praises be to Allah. There is an Imam who says to me that salafi Scholars are extreme and that I should remove my veil and jilbab. I am salafi but my family are not. I work in order to help my mother and my small brothers. I am thinking about to remove my veil as I’m being pressured and the situation here for me is very difficult. Should I remove my veil?
If no, then what can I do?
I haven’t any wali who can protect me when I go to the street and I have responsibilities outside of the home.

Shaikh Hassan al-Banna:
She should not remove her veil as she will fall into other (evil) things, she should avoid those neighbours who are trying to harm her and she should ask Allah to protect her.      

Zaynab El-Kateb:

This sister is not alone. She has the protection and provision of Allah.

الله هو وليها

If she is trying to protect her religion then she has gained (reward).

Whatever Allah decrees will happen so we do the right thing and never worry. We rely on Allah alone and this world exists just to prove that we are good slaves to Allah.
